We use Stripe as our secure payment platform, supporting credit cards and other payment methods provided by Stripe (available options are shown at checkout).
Can I cancel or change my order after payment?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Malaysia only. Overseas shipping availability will be stated on individual product pages if applicable.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 working days. Pre-order or customized items will have separate delivery timelines.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer returns or refunds?
All sales are final. No returns or refunds unless otherwise stated.
Instax Cameras & Films
Do Instax cameras come with warranty?
Cameras are parallel imports or official products (as stated). Warranty details can be found on the product page.
Are the cameras brand new?
Yes, all cameras are brand new and unused.
Can I use the camera right away?
Instax film is required and sold separately.
Do Instax films have an expiry date?
Yes, all films are within valid expiry dates. Please refer to the packaging.
How should Instax film be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
Can opened film be returned or exchanged?
Instax film is a consumable item and cannot be returned once opened.

Do snacks have expiry dates?
All snacks are within valid expiry dates. Please refer to the packaging.
Do snacks contain allergens?
Some products may contain nuts, dairy, or gluten. Please check ingredient labels carefully.
What if snacks melt or are damaged during delivery?
Snacks may be affected by weather or logistics. While we package carefully, we do not accept returns due to such conditions.
Digital Art FAQs
Is Digital Art a physical or digital product?
This is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
How do I receive my digital file?
After payment is completed, a download link will be sent to you via email.
Are digital products refundable?
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Can I use it for commercial purposes?
For personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is not allowed unless stated otherwise.
