This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on this website and fulfilled by De Stijl Technology Network International Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We currently provide delivery within Malaysia only (West Malaysia & East Malaysia).

We use POS Malaysia & GDEX (GD Express) as our primary courier service provider.
Selected courier is responsible for the collection, transportation, and delivery of your parcel to the address provided at checkout.

We only deliver to the following locations:

This includes no delivery to Singapore, Hong Kong, or any other countries/regions.*

  3. Clear photos of the damaged / incorrect items

We will investigate with GDEX and arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for support.
