1. General Policy Overview

All products sold on this website are non-refundable.

Eligible products may be exchanged only, subject to the conditions set out in this Policy.

2. Digital Products and Digital Art (No Return / No Refund)

All digital products, including but not limited to digital art, downloadable content, virtual items, and digital files, are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed or the digital content has been delivered or accessed.

Due to the nature of digital products, no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be provided.

3. Physical Products – Exchange Only

All physical products are non-refundable.
Customers may request an exchange only, provided that all conditions below are met.

4. Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags, labels, protective films, and accessories intact
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

5. Exchange Request Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date you receive the item.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence.
We will assess the issue and arrange an exchange where applicable.

9. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Digital products and digital art
• Perishable goods
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Customized or personalized items
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components

10. Price Differences

If the exchanged item has a price difference:

• Any additional cost must be paid by the customer
• Any price difference will not be refunded or credited

11. Right to Refuse Exchanges

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request in cases of:

• Policy abuse or repeated exchange requests
• Items not meeting eligibility conditions
• Missing packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
