Self-Pickup

  1. Can I choose self-pickup for my order?
    Yes. You may choose Pickup at checkout if self-pickup is available for your order.

    No. Please wait for our confirmation before coming to collect your order. Orders need time to be processed, prepared, and packed.
  6. What do I need to bring for pickup?
    Please bring your order confirmation email or message and provide your order number when collecting your order.
  7. Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?
    Yes. Please make sure the person collecting the order can show your order confirmation and provide the correct order number.
  8. What are the pickup working hours?

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
