Shipping Policy
(Malaysia Domestic Delivery Only)
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on this website and fulfilled by P Fun Store Company Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We currently provide delivery within Malaysia only (West Malaysia & East Malaysia).
- Delivery Partner
We use GDEX (GD Express) as our primary courier service provider.
GDEX is responsible for the collection, transportation, and delivery of your parcel to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery Coverage
We only deliver to the following locations:
- West Malaysia
- East Malaysia
*We do not offer international shipping.
This includes no delivery to Singapore, Hong Kong, or any other countries/regions.*
- Order Processing Time
- Once payment is successfully received, orders are typically processed and handed over to GDEX within 24 hours.
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, high volume), processing times may take slightly longer.
- For orders containing pre-order items, shipment will only be arranged once all items are in stock.
- Delivery Timeframe
West Malaysia
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Actual delivery may vary depending on GDEX’s operations, weather conditions, traffic situations, and destination location.
Remote areas may require an additional 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight, size, and delivery area.
- The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-delivery-area (ODA) locations as determined by GDEX.
Any free shipping promotions will be announced on our website.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide:
- Your GDEX Tracking Number
- Tracking link: https://www.gdexpress.com/
Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking information to update in the GDEX system.
- Failed Delivery Attempts
A delivery attempt may fail due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery address
- Courier unable to contact the recipient
- Recipient refusing to accept the parcel
GDEX may reattempt delivery or return the parcel to us.
If the parcel is returned due to customer-related issues, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged parcel
- Damaged items
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the parcel (outer packaging)
- Clear photos of the damaged / incorrect items
We will investigate with GDEX and arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for support.
- Accuracy of Shipping Information
You are responsible for ensuring that your:
- Delivery address
- Contact number
- Postal code
- Email address
are accurate and complete.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or returned parcels caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
